User accounts

When you create an account we process your name, email address, optional company name and your password in hashed form, to provide the service (legal basis: contract). You can delete your account at any time under My account.

Company data

Company data comes from the SCB business register. For sole traders the data may include personal data (names). We process it based on our legitimate interest in making public business information available. You may object by contacting us.

Cookies

• Necessary: a session cookie (foretags_session) that keeps you signed in.
• Functional: your recent searches are stored in your browser (localStorage) so you can repeat them quickly. They are never sent to us and are only stored if you consent to storing information on your device.
• Advertising: we show ads through Google AdSense. Consent is collected through Google's certified consent tool, shown on your first visit. Google and its partners use cookies to serve, personalise and measure ads to the extent you consent; without consent only limited, non-personalised ads are shown. Your choice is stored by Google (among others in the FCCDCF cookie).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
