These terms apply to the use of Företags.se, provided by Varun Ramachandra, Mobäcksgatan 9, 216 24 Malmö, Sweden.

The service

Företags.se provides company information from the SCB business register. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that the data is complete or current.

Permitted use

• Exported lists may be used within your own business, for example for sales, recruitment and analysis.
• Systematic copying of the service, automated data extraction and resale of the data are not permitted.
• Direct marketing to sole traders must comply with GDPR and the Swedish Marketing Practices Act.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
